   rear scaffolding

  the Local planning Authority to be retained


* Full Party Wall negotiations carried out with opposite adjoining owner to facilitate demolition and re-instatement

  of boundary wall following implementation of extensive protection works to retain adjacent planting in-situ,

  including fabrication of bespoke cages by local Blacksmith 


* Existing rear extension demolished following completion of temporary works and protection measures
